Okanagan CDR

Just finished this (2024-08-21) with my adult son and we loved it. He rode a 2012 Suzuki 650DL and I on my 2020 KTM 790 Adventure R. Plenty of rec site camping available (thanks to the POI's) everywhere and awesome scenery. This GPS track must have taken a lot of work to create, and we really appreciate the effort. It made our lives a lot more enjoyable not having to worry about getting lost in the labyrinth of cross roads. One point to consider if you're going to take this route is to be cautious around the Long Ridge area before Seymour Arm, we encountered many large pick up trucks plowing their way down the roads at great speed. Stay right and be on the lookout.

I really enjoyed this route. I did it solo in 2023 on my BMW GSA, which was a great bike choice for this one given the long distances, and relatively easy terrain.

If somebody wants to get into moto camping and start with something not too hard, this is a great first BDR/CDR style route.
