Collecting Personal Information

The Company will not collect any personally identifiable information about you through the Services unless you provide it to us voluntarily. The information we collect varies, depending on how you use our site. This Policy applies to all information collected or submitted to us. The types of personal information collected includes, but is not limited to, the following: name, shipping address, billing address, e-mail address, phone number, credit card information to complete purchases, and other general questions relating to areas of interest on the Services.

Unless the purposes for collecting personal information are obvious and you voluntarily provide us with your personal information for those purposes, we will communicate the purposes for which the personal information is being collected, before or at the time of collection.

We will only collect your personal information that is necessary to fulfil the following purposes:

Information Automatically Collected

Non-Identifiable Information – The Services automatically collects non-identifiable information, such as the Internet Protocol (“IP”) address of your computer, the IP address of your internet service provider, the date and time you access the Services, the internet address of the website from which you linked to the Services, the operating system you are using, and the Services pages read, images viewed and information downloaded. This non-identifiable information is used for system administration purposes and to improve the Services. Non-identifiable information may be disclosed to others and permanently archived for future use.

Tracking Information – The Company may use non-identifiable information to create tracking information reports regarding the Services use and the Services user demographics. These reports will be provided to others. The tracking information in the reports is not connected to the identities or other personal information of individual Services users. The Company may link tracking information with the Services users’ personal information but, once such a link is made, all of the linked information is treated as personal information and will be used and disclosed only in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Using and Disclosing Personal Information

We may use the information we request from you to notify you of the Company’s products, sales and promotions, or other matters that may be of interest to you. Sharing your information enables us to follow-up with you on information you request, to complete your transaction or to perform other services that you may request from us. We may also use your information for market research purposes. We will not sell your personal information to other parties unless we have consent to do so.

How Do We Use Cookies?

We use "cookies" to help us provide a better user experience by measuring which website areas are of greatest interest. We may also use cookies when you register for further information. In this situation, a cookie will store useful information that enables our website to remember you when you return. We can only read cookies from the Services. You may choose to disable cookies using the tools in your browser; however, by doing so you may not be able to take advantage of all of the functions of the Services.

Linking to Other Websites

We may provide links to other websites that are not under our control. These websites have their own policies regarding privacy that you may wish to review. We have no responsibility for linked websites and provide these links solely for the convenience and information of our visitors.

Consent

We will obtain your consent to collect, use or disclose personal information (except where, as noted below, we are authorized to do so without consent). Consent can be provided electronically through the Services or it can be implied where the purpose for collecting, using or disclosing the personal information would be considered obvious and you voluntarily provide personal information for that purpose. Consent may also be implied where you are given notice and a reasonable opportunity to opt-out of your personal information being used for mail-outs, the marketing of new services or products or fundraising and you do not opt-out.

Subject to certain exceptions (e.g., the personal information is necessary to provide the service or product, or the withdrawal of consent would frustrate the performance of a legal obligation) you can withhold or withdraw your consent for the Company to use your personal information in certain ways. Your decision to withhold or withdraw your consent to certain uses of personal information may restrict our ability to provide a particular service or product. If so, we will explain the situation to assist you in making the decision.

We may collect, use or disclose personal information without your knowledge or consent in the following limited circumstances:

Ensuring Accuracy of Personal Information

You are responsible for ensuring that your personal information is accurate and complete when submitted through the Services. You may request a correction to your personal information to ensure its accuracy and completeness. A request for correction of personal information must be made in writing and provide sufficient detail to identify the personal information and the correction being sought.

In an endeavour to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical and electronic procedures to safeguard and secure personal information we collect. We cannot guarantee 100% security of any information that you disclose online, and you do so at your own risk.

You are required to register with the Services to purchase products or to receive other information from us. At the time you register you will create a password. Please remember your password as you will be asked to provide it each time you make a purchase or attempt to access your personal information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all uses of your password, whether authorized by you. You should not disclose your password to any other person. To protect the security of your account and personal information, when your visit is complete you should be sure to log off of the Services and shut down your browser.

The Company incorporates security measures such as encryption and authentication tools to protect your data from unauthorized use. Firewalls are utilized to protect our servers and network from unauthorized users accessing and tampering with files and other information that we store.
