That Moto App (the “Site”) and TMA Mobile (the “App” and together with the Site, collectively, the “Services”) are provided by Advanced Safety Management Ltd. (the “Company”) conditional on your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

Your privacy and the security of the information that you provide is important to us and we take the privacy and security of the users of the Services seriously. To better protect your privacy and the security of your information, we provide this Privacy Policy, in compliance with British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act (“PIPA”), to explain our information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used on the Services. To make this Policy easy to find, we make links to this Privacy Policy available on our homepage and at every point where personally identifiable information may be requested. We will not use your personal information except as outlined in this Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Definitions

• “Personal Information” – means information about an identifiable individual, but does not include contact information or work product information.
• “Contact Information” – means information that would enable an individual to be contacted at a place of business and includes, name, position name or title, business telephone number, business address, business email or business fax number. The information we collect varies, depending on how you use our site. This Policy applies to all information collected or submitted to us. Non-Identifiable Information – The Services automatically collects non-identifiable information, such as the Internet Protocol (“IP”) address of your computer, the IP address of your internet service provider, the date and time you access the Services, the internet address of the website from which you linked to the Services, the operating system you are using, and the Services pages read, images viewed and information downloaded. This non-identifiable information is used for system administration purposes and to improve the Services. Non-identifiable information may be disclosed to others and permanently archived for future use.

Tracking Information – The Company may use non-identifiable information to create tracking information reports regarding the Services use and the Services user demographics. These reports will be provided to others. The tracking information in the reports is not connected to the identities or other personal information of individual Services users. The Company may link tracking information with the Services users’ personal information but, once such a link is made, all of the linked information is treated as personal information and will be used and disclosed only in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Using and Disclosing Personal Information

We may use the information we request from you to notify you of the Company’s products, sales and promotions, or other matters that may be of interest to you. Sharing your information enables us to follow-up with you on information you request, to complete your transaction or to perform other services that you may request from us. How Do We Use Cookies?

We use "cookies" to help us provide a better user experience by measuring which website areas are of greatest interest. We may also use cookies when you register for further information. You may request a correction to your personal information to ensure its accuracy and completeness. A request for correction of personal information must be made in writing and provide sufficient detail to identify the personal information and the correction being sought.

In an endeavour to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical and electronic procedures to safeguard and secure personal information we collect. We cannot guarantee 100% security of any information that you disclose online, and you do so at your own risk.

You are required to register with the Services to purchase products or to receive other information from us. At the time you register you will create a password. Please remember your password as you will be asked to provide it each time you make a purchase or attempt to access your personal information.
