REFERRAL POLICY - 2024.04.22

That Moto App (the “Site”) and TMA Mobile (the “App” and together with the Site, collectively, the “Services”) are provided by Advanced Safety Management Ltd. (the “Company”) conditional on your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

Our goal is to help moto-enthusiasts share their passion and connect with other moto-enthusiasts. All users of the Services are encouraged to invite their friends, family, colleagues and the public to join the Services. Through the Company’s referral program, you (the “Referrer”) can earn monetary rewards by referring first-time customers (the “Referee”) to the Services. The referral program is subject to the terms set out in this Referral Policy and can change at any time without notice.

When a Referee joins the Services, they are required to enter an access code. If the Referee enters the Referrer’s access code, as shown on the Referrer’s Services account, the Company will provide the Referrer with a commission in accordance with this Referral Policy.

By participating in the Company’s referral program, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of this Referral Policy and understand that they are subject to change.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a referral commission under this Referral Policy, the following must be satisfied on the date the Referee applies for a Services account:

• (a) the Referrer must have a Services account and access code;
• (b) the Referee must enter the Referrer’s access code when they apply for a Services account; and
• (c) the Referee must pay the Company’s annual membership fee in full.

Commission

Upon satisfaction of the eligibility requirements, the Referrer will be entitled to a commission equalling 10% of the annual fee paid by the Referee to be paid in accordance with the further provisions of this Referral Policy.

Indirect Referral Commission

If the Referee (the “Direct Referee”) subsequently refers a new user(s) (“Indirect Referee”) in accordance with the eligibility requirements, then the Referrer of the Direct Referee (the “Direct Referrer”) will be entitled to a commission equalling 10% of the annual fee paid by each Indirect Referee referred by the Direct Referee. The commission structure shall cease at two levels of referrals meaning that the Direct Referrer would not be entitled to any commission from new users refereed by any Indirect Referee.

Commission Payment

Any commission earned by a Referrer in accordance with this Referral Policy will accumulate on the Referrer’s Services account until the Referrer reaches a minimum balance of $100 US (the “Minimum Balance”). The Referrer will not be entitled to cash out their commission until such time as they reach the Minimum Balance. Upon reaching the Minimum Balance, the Referrer may submit a request through their Services account that the Company pay the commission balance to the Referrer.

Forfeited Commission

You forfeit any commission accumulated in your Services account to the Company if any one of the following occurs:

• (a) you terminate your Services account;
• (b) your Services account has been inactive for a period of 12 months; or
• (c) you violate the Terms and Conditions of the Services.

Effective Date and Modifications

This Referral Policy is effective as of the date first written above. The Company reserves the right to modify this Referral Policy at our discretion. If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes here. We encourage you to visit this section of our site regularly to remain informed of any changes. Changes to our Privacy Policy shall become effective as of the date they are posted to this site.
