It's Still Too Early!

I need to remember to take more pictures!

I finally have my camping gear and luggage situation compacted down to just my Giant Loop and a couple of possibles bags strapped on for tools and tubes. I wanted to put some more clicks under me and despite comuting with the bike I had the itch bad.

So I decied, on a bit of a whim, to head out towards Vernon to scout out the area and see if I could poke into King Eddy from the South--Oyama Lake Rd. As I probably should have expected, I hit quite a bit of snow! After helping dig out a guy in a converted bus RV out of a bank, I decided to wander south with the intent to find somewhere to camp near pavement. But, I'm really not good at stopping....and just rode all the way back home.

Mountain passes on #5 and #3 were so damn cold! But I had fun and and SUPER happy with the luggage load and my new pegs. Seat gets pretty rough after that much riding but what wouldn't?
