Long way to Spectrum Lake

E and I decided to go for a multi-day backpacking trip; but to get there we took the bikes. Travelling from home, through Myra/201 behind Big White and into Christian Valley. The 201 off of HWY 33 to BigWhite Road is always a nice ride if you haven't done it. It's not a long section, but really nice.
Split Creek/Stove Creek FSRs off the 201 and into Christian Valley were probably the highlight. We've ridden the 201 to Nevertouch before and always wanted to ride to HWY6.
For the hikers out there, we took our time and hiked the 6km into Spectrum Lake, setup camp. Next day was an 18km day hike (out and back to camp - the "out" or "up" was steep, so a grind). Next day we packed up and hiked back to the bikes, and took pavement back to Kelowna.
