We have done the infamous Whipsaw twice. Each time we have different challenges finding the trailhead. Next time we will start with these tracks and hope for the best!
You can do this loop either way. We do it clockwise, which means it's harder and you have to go up Falcon Hill, the crux.

D:4/6 Counterclockwise
Harder if wet.
Snow persists (typically) until mid June.
Some people, particularly 4x4s, make this into a two day trip.
FUTURE ENHANCEMENTS
- Add Camping Location(s)
- Add falcon Hill Go-Around
- Add Summit Bail Route (We used it in 2023)
